Sharp is gearing up to announce a new range of 17-19 flat panel displays, utilising the high performance TFT technology contained within its existent award winning range of flat panels. The first of the range to be introduced is the 17 LL173G. In keeping with the other new models that are soon to be released, the LL173G offers a high response speed, which makes it ideal for use with any fast moving gaming program or business application.

The LL173G s fast response rate of 12ms is coupled with a strong contrast ratio of 450:1 and brightness of 280cd/m2, providing crisp and clear images and well rendered natural tones. Equipped with a fully adjustable stand, users can tilt, swivel and reduce the height of the stand whilst taking advantage of the flexible 170 horizontal and vertical viewing angles, which ensure the quality of the image on the screen when viewed from almost any angle.

In keeping with its predecessor (the LL172G), the LL173G offers the same flexibility to use either single (analogue or digital) inputs or dual analogue signalling via analogue and digital DVI-I signal ports.

The LL173G is available in a black (LL173GB) and white (LL173GW) finish and has built-in stereo speakers that add to the look of the monitor. It also has a standard VESA compliant mount to enable the easy fitting of 3rd party arms and brackets.

Pricing, availability and warranty
The LL173G, priced at an RRP of 232.26 ex VAT and is available now from Sharp resellers. The display is supplied with a three year on-site exchange warranty. If the customer experiences any issues with the displays that cannot be solved by contacting the customer help line, a replacement product is automatically arranged for delivery during the next working day.
